The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Additional Judge Small Causes Court, Court No. 19, Lucknow to decide the Execution Case No. 30 of 2023 (Irfan Ali Vs. Chief Manager UBI & Others) filed by the petitioner/Decree Holder within the time frame as may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
