Momo, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Diana, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioners, Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent and Ms. Roja Shahni, learned counsel for the private respondent. [2] Vide order dated 15.04.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 1015 of 2019, MC(WP(C) Nos. 289 of 2025, 290 of 2025, 291 of 2025, 292 of 2025, 293 of 2025, 294 of 2025 and WP(C) Nos. 675 of 2019, this Court permitted the applicant/writ petitioners to withdraw the writ petition regarding them with liberty to approach appropriate forum. [3] It is stated that the prayer in the application was for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file a fresh one. [4] It is prayed that the last line of para 5 of the order dated 15.04.2025 be corrected as “Liberty is granted to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised. [5] Para 5 of the order dated 15.04.2025 is reproduced as: “5. Considering the contents of the applications and the submissions made at the bar, the misc. applications submitted by the petitioner Nos. 3, 6 & 13 in WP(C) No. 675 of 2019 and petitioner Nos. 3, 6 & 11 in WP(C) No. 1015 of 2019 are allowed and their names be deleted from the memo of parties. Liberty is granted to approach appropriate forum, if so advised.” [6] With this observation that liberty is granted to file fresh writ petition, if so advised and the order dated 15.04.2025 is accordingly modified. The applications being MC(WP(C) Nos. 368 of 2025, 369 of 2025, 370 of 2025, 371 of 2025, 372 of 2025 & 373 of 2025 are allowed in terms of the above.
