Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1.) Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 & 3 to remove the encroachment from Land Gata No. 26Ka area 0.8890 hectare situated at village Karaudaha (Patti), Police Station and Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh which is recorded in revenue records as pond (contained as Annexure No. 2), in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have been initiated. 4. Considering the fact that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have been initiated, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned authority to conclude the proceedings within 90 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
