The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: "(i) Direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (Avar Khand), Kadipur, District Sultanpur to decide the Regular Suit No. 691/2020, Smt. Indrawati and another Versus Munnilal), for permanent injunction preferred by the petitioners, which is pending since 21.12.2020 within the time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The counsel for the petitioners argues that despite time being granted, written statement has not been filed. 3. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to file an application under Order 8 Rule 10 CPC. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months of being filed.
