Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 to 4 and Mr. Pankaj Patel for learned counsel for opposite party no.5. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties 6 & 7 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authorities concerned for submission of his report with regard to plot verification as mentioned in letter dated 13.07.2023 and to take a decision on representation dated 08.02.2024. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that aforesaid report is required to be submitted by District Magistrate concerned for purposes of affiliation to Central Board of Secondary Education. 4. Learned State Counsel however on the basis of written instructions dated 22.02.2025 submits that there are certain lacunae in formalities which were required to be adhered to by petitioner. Since the said lacuna/deficiency has not been removed, the report has not been submitted as yet. 5. Considering aforesaid submissions, opposite party no.3 i.e. District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri is directed to inform petitioner-institution with regard to deficiency in formalities which are required to be fulfilled by them. The said communication shall be made within a period of two weeks from today. Deficiency, if any, shall be removed by the institution concerned within the period specified by District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri whereafter final decision with regard to submission of report shall be made by District Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri, opposite party no.3 within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6. With aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
