The present petition has been filed by the complainant aggrieved against the order dated 20.01.2025, whereby the appeal preferred by the fair price shop holder was allowed. 3. The petitioner is only a complainant on whose complaint, the proceedings were initiated. Clearly the petitioner has no locus to challenge the order. In the absence of any locus, the petition cannot be entertained as there is no allegation of any rights being violated. 4. The petition lacks merits and is, accordingly, dismissed.
