This petition has been filed for issuing a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to conduct proper and fair investigation of the case bearing Case Crime No. 1014 of 2022, under Sections 302, 504, 506 IPC, police station Kotwali, district Barabanki. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case final report has already been submitted on 27.1.2025, which is pending before the supervisory authority. In view of the aforesaid fact, if the petitioner has any grievance, she may approach the supervisory authority, who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date the grievance is raised by the petitioner.
