HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 239 of 2025 Court No. - 11 HON'BLE SAURABH LAVANIA, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The parties are present in person. The revisionist, wife of opposite party no. 2, has been identified by Sri Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the revisionist and opposite party no. 2 has been identified by Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. Taking note of the fact that the parties have settled their dispute amicably outside the Court and the matter was placed before the Senior Registrar of this Court for the purpose of verification of the compromise which is part of the affidavit dated 06.08.2025 and in the light of the order of this Court dated 12.08.2025, the Senior Registrar on 19.08.2025 verified the compromise. Report of the Senior Registrar is extracted hereinunder:- "Vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 12-08-2025, parties were directed to appear before the undersigned today for verification of compromise deed. The said compromise has been annexed in original as Annexure No. A-1 filed in I.A.No. 03 of 2025. Today, Revisionist, Preeti Singh W/o Shailendra Singh, D/o Manoj Kumar Singh alongwith her learned counsel Shri Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate AND opposite party No. 2, Shailendra Singh S/o Prathamesh Chandra Singh Chauhan alongwith his learned counsel Shri Pankaj Gupta, Advocate, are present before me. Vakalatnama of Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Santosh Kumar Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Pankaj Gupta Preeti Singh .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) counsels for both the parties are on record. The proof of identity i.e. original Aadhar Cards are produced by both the parties, at the time of verification. The contents of the said compromise deed have been read over and explained to both the parties to the compromise deed and they have accepted the execution of the same according to their free will and as a token thereof they have affixed their photographs, put L.T.Is./R.T.Is. and signatures, which are duly attested and verified by their respective counsels. In view of the said facts, the compromise between Revisionist Preeti Singh W/o Shailendra Singh, D/o Manoj Kumar Singh AND opposite party No. 2, Shailendra Singh S/o Prathamesh Chandra Singh Chauhan is being verified by me today i.e. 19th day of August, 2025. The report is submitted before Hon'ble Court for orders." Considered the aforesaid as also the fact that in terms of the settlement demand drafts of Rs. 8,00,000/-, 10,00,000/-, 9,00,000/-, 14,00,000/- and 10,00,000/- have been given to opposite party no. 2, Preeti Singh. On the apprehension of the side opposite, the learned counsel for the applicant as also the applicant present in person submitted before this Court that the cases indicated in the compromise instituted by the revisionist would be withdrawn and it is also stated that if the opposite party no. 2 approaches this Court for quashing of the proceedings of the said cases based upon the compromise, the revisionist would cooperate. Considering the aforesaid, the present revision is decided in terms of the compromise, which shall be part of this order and in the same terms, the order of the family Court is hereby set-aside.
