This application has been filed praying for correction of the case number appearing in the order dated 14.05.2025 passed by this court in IA (Criminal) No. 322/2025. In paragraph 9 of the said order Special Case No. 09/2024 has been mentioned whereas it should have been ‘Special Case No. 09/2004’. The error stands corrected. The term ‘Special Case No. 09/2024’ appearing in paragraph 9 of the order dated 14.05.2025 passed by this court in IA (Criminal) No. 322/2025 shall be read as “Special Case No. 09/2004” instead of ‘Special Case No. 09/2024’.
