DATE : 03.04.2025 PC :- 01. Heard learned Advocates for the parties for some time. An order passed by the Grievance Committee is under challenge, which reads as under :- “1. Complaint is allowed. 2. Order designating Dr. Chavan as HOD passed on 24-02- 2024 is hereby set aside. 3. Complaint is remanded back to the Principal with a direction to give hearing to the Complainant and pass reasoned order within three months from today. 4. Parties to maintain status quo ante.” 02. The petition is mainly moved for clause-4 of the order directing the parties to maintain status-quo ante. It is admitted position that the charge is already handed over to respondent No.4 as HOD by respondent No.3, who had filed a grievance before the Grievance 2025:BHC-AUG:10009 ( 2 ) wp4411.25 Committee. This Court finds that the order does not require any interference, only for the reason that the charge is already handed over to respondent No.4. Therefore, clause-4 of the order needs to be amended. Hence, following order :- ORDER (i) The order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the Grievance Committee is maintained, except clause-4, which shall read as under :- “The parties to maintain status-quo as on today”. (ii) Since some time is already lapsed in approaching this Court, the Principal shall take decision before 30th April, 2025. (iii) The petition stands disposed off accordingly. [KISHORE C.
