Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions has informed the Court that in this case final report has been submitted before the supervisory authority. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move appropriate application raising all his grievances, if any, before the supervisory authority, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
