Contention of the petitioner's counsel is that part-payment in respect of the work performed by the petitioner for the opp. parties has been done and for the remaining part while responding to the legal notice sent by the petitioner to the opp. party No. 2 vide his letter dated 3.5.2024 has stated that funds have been demanded and as soon as the same are received, payment would be made. We do not express any opinion on this letter dated 3.5.2024, but direct the opp. party No. 2 to get the facts verified as to whether there are any dues payable to the petitioner? If it so, do the needful, otherwise valid reasons should be communicated to the petitioner as to why the payment is not to be made to the petitioner. Let this be done within 2 months.
