Heard learned counsel for the applicants. 2. The application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in Matter Under Article 227 No.252 of 2025, whereby the directions were given for deciding the injunction application within a period of six weeks. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the applicants is that the Tribunal is not yet constituted and thus, the directions given in the judgement dated 21.01.2025 cannot be completed and the petitioner faces eviction except in accordance with law. 4. In view of the said statement, the judgement dated 21.01.2025 is recalled. 5. The present petition is disposed of with directions that the injunction application shall be decided on merits by the Tribunal as and when the same is constituted. 6. Till the orders are passed on the said application after the constitution of the Tribunal, the applicants shall not be evicted except in accordance with law.
