By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to direct the opp. party No. 1/District Magistrate, Lucknow, to ensure the recovery of money in pursuance of recovery-certificate dated 9.11.2024 issued in pursuance to the order dated 17.9.2021 passed by the Appellate Authority (Annexure-1 to the writ petition). In this connection the petitioner has already submitted an applications (Collectively) (Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition). 3. This petition is disposed of finally with direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow/opp. party No. 1 to execute the recovery certificate dated 9.11.2024 issued in pursuance to the order dated 17.9.2021 passed by the Appellate Authority (Annexure-1 to the writ petition), within a period of 3 months from the date a certified copy of this order is furnished before him, unless there is any legal impediment in this regard in which case he shall inform the petitioner in writing within the aforesaid period.
