1. Mr. M.S. Tyagi, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Chandra Prakash, learned counsel for the revisionist.
2. Mr. Suyakant Maithani, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. The instant civil revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and decree dated 19.09.2023 passed in SCC Suit No. 17 of 2018 ‘Jeewan Chandra Khulbe vs. Veer Kunwar Singh’.
4. On the previous date learned senior counsel for the revisionist Mr. M.S. Tyagi was
directed to get instructions within how much period he will vacate the premises. Today, the revisionist joined the proceeding through V.C. and undertakes that he will vacate the accommodation on completion of two years from today and will pay rent regularly at the rate of Rs. 1400 per month.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions accepted the proposal of the revisionist.
6. After taking into
consideration the submission as advanced by Mr. M.S. Tyagi and Veer Kunwar Singh, who is the revisionist in this case, the present civil revision is disposed of finally with the direction that the revisionist to file an undertaking before the SCC Court within a month that he will vacate the accommodation on completion of two years from today and will pay the rent regularly at the rate of Rs. 1400/- per month to the plaintiff/respondent and revisionist shall file an undertaking to this effect will not sublet to any other person and will also not create any third party interest.
7. Subject to the observation and directions as above, the present civil revision is disposed of
