Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: " 1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party i.e. Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Village Development Bank Ltd. Branch, Amethi to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner for settlement of claim under one time settlement scheme, within a stipulated time period." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has moved an application for settlement, in case, the Bank consider it appropriate, it may consider the proposal. It is made clear that this Court has not passed any order with regard to right of recovery of the respondent bank. 4. The present petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
