1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite parties and perused the record.
2. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 14.10.2024 bearing Case Crime No.441 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Mill Area, District Raebareli.

4. Learned AGA has placed before this Court the statement of Sri Gyanendra Singh, Operation Manager Loan HDFC, who has specifically stated that Devansh Enterprises through its proprietor Sri Tarun Pratap Singh/petitioner has taken a loan from their bank by submitting a forged NOC. The said loan amount is still due. Therefore, it cannot be said that allegation of submitting the forged NOC by the petitioner as referred in the FIR is not correct.
