The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite party no. 1 to correct the name of petitioner's mother "Shailesh Lata" in place of "Shashilata" in the Marks Statement cum Certificate of Secondary School Examination 2024 dated 13.05.2024 and issue fresh Marks Statement cum Certificate in favour of petitioner." 3. Considering the fact that the application has already been filed, which is still pending before the opposite party no. 1, the present petition is disposed of directing the opposite party no. 1 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
