Panchayat Raj Act. 3. Learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that a preliminary inquiry has already been instituted which is on going. 4. In view of such submissions, the opposite party no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Sultanpur or any other concerned authority is directed to decide the aforesaid proceedings expeditiously after affording opportunity of hearing to the Pradhan concerned in terms of provision of Section 95 (1) (g) of the Act. 5.
