Heard Shri Saryu Prasad Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner had raised a grievance to the respondents with regard to his pay-scale and grade pay admissible to the petitioner and had filed a writ petition being Writ-A No. 5964 of 2023 where directions were issued to the respondents to decide the grievance of the petitioner. 3. It is in pursuance to the directions of this Court dated 16.08.2023, the respondents had passed order dated 20.12.2023 granting the petitioner pay-scale of Rs.9300-34,800/- with Grade Pay. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction for to the Court for granting Pay Grade 4800/- instead of Rs.4600/-. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed when the order dated 20.12.2023 was passed by the respondents and in case the petitioner has any grievance against the decision taken by the respondents, it is open for the petitioner to assail the order dated 20.12.2023. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the validity of order dated 20.12.2023. 6. In light of the above, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid. . (Alok Mathur, J.)
