GP for Mines and Geology The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in raising demand for payment of Dead Rent and Interest for the years 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. 2. Heard Sri Vivek Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel representing Sri B.Abhay Siddhanth Mootha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Sudeepthi Potiuri, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents. With the consent of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 3. However, today when the matter is taken up for admission, Smt. Sudeepthi Potiuri, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the District Mines Anantapuramu. Learned counsel for the petitioner further requests that upon such payment, the 4“" respondent may be directed to renew the mining license for the year 2025-26. 7. Considered the submissions. Upon payment of the arrears as stated by the District Mines and Geology Officer, Anantapuramu, in his written instructions sent to the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, the 4^*" respondent shall consider and process the renewal of the petitioner’s mining license for the year 2025-26. 8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed. Sd/-A.
