The petitioner wants removal of a transformer which is installed in his Bhumidhari land since quite some time. Learned Counsel appearing for Electricity Corporation says that there are 65 electricity connections from the said transformer and the said transformer is not on his land rather it is on the side of his land. 3. Be that as it may, let the application of the petitioner in this regard be considered as per law. These are factual disputes which can only be seen by the opposite party No.3. Let the petitioner move an application before him, which shall be considered and decided as per law but with expedition say within a period of six weeks. 4.
