According to the prosecution's story, on September 9, 2024, police ofÏcials received information from an informant that two women were in possession of illegal contraband and traveling in a TVS Jupiter vehicle bearing registration number MP 65 ZA-6944. The police intercepted the vehicle and conducted a search, during which they found 99 pieces of Avil Injection, each containing 10ml, and 99 pieces of Buprenorphin injection, each containing 2ml. Hence, the Court proceeds to consider and hear the bail application of the applicants with the assistance of the State counsel. 5. Ms. Smrit Shrivastava, learned State counsel opposes the bail application of the present applicants and submits that the alleged contraband articles, which were recovered from the joint possession of the applicants are much above the commercial quantity, therefore, the applicants are not entitled for grant of regular bail. 6. I have heard learned State counsel and perused the case diary. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the alleged contraband articles, which were recovered from the joint possession of the applicants are much above the commercial 3 quantity and the applicants have failed to give any explanation for the same and it cannot be a case of false implication. 8.
