The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Kunda, Pratapgarh, to decide the application (Annexure No. 5) dated 16.01.2025 moved by the petitioners in Original Suit No. 539/2023, Vindeshwari Prasad Vs. Ram Kumar and others, expeditiously within the time frame." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
