Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent particularly respondent no. 2 to 4 to remove the encroachment over the land gata nos. 1032 area 0.1510 hectare and gata no. 878 area 0.1700 hectare which is situated at Village Amrethu Dadiya, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur recorded as Naveen Parti (contained as Annexure No. 1), in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has efficacious remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the appropriate authority, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within the period as prescribed in the statute.
