The Court made the following order: The above contempt case is filed complaining of non-implementation of the order dated 20.02.2020 in W.P.No.3458 of 2020. 2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not granting permission to the petitioner school to fill up the vacant grant– in–aid posts, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. The aforementioned writ petition was disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 therein, to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 10.01.2020 and pass appropriate orders. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the order dated 20.02.2020 has not been complied with. 5. Respondents 1 and 2 filed separate counter affidavits/replies. Along with the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.1, a copy of the speaking order passed by respondent No.2 vide Rc.No.846/C3/2020 dated 05.12.2020, was annexed. 6. Since respondent No.2 passed a speaking order, in pursuance of the order dated 20.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.3458 of 2020, though with some delay, in the considered opinion of this court, the respondents did not commit any contempt by not implementing the order dated 20.02.2020 in W.P.No.3458 of 2020. 7. Given the speaking order passed by respondent No.2, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
