This petition has been filed for issuing a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to conduct proper and fair investigation of the case bearing Case Crime No. 0240 of 2024, under Section 3(5), 103 (1) and 352 of B.N.S. of 2023, under Section 3(1) (Dh) and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act 1989 (Amendment 2015) police station Snagramgrah, district Pratapgarh. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case charge sheet has been submitted in the Court and cognizance has been taken by the concerned Magistrate on 24.12.2024. In view of aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application before the court concerned.
