Applicant has made a prayer for transfer of the said suit from Pauri to Dehradun on the ground that he is a diabetic and due to old age, he is not in a position to travel Pauri Garhwal to contest the suit. 4. This Court do not find any reason to grant the relief, as prayed for. 5. Since the plaintiff is resident of Pauri Garhwal and all witnesses are also residing at Pauri Garhwal, therefore, transfer of the suit to Dehradun would cause much inconvenience to the plaintiff and also to the witnesses. 6. Civil Transfer Application is, accordingly dismissed.
