On the last date of hearing i.e. 26/03/2025, there was a direction to the Collector, Sarguja to look into the matter regarding the payment of salary to the petitioners and to file an affidavit clarifying that who will pay the salary to the petitioners who are discharging their duties in Nagar Palika Nigam, Higher Secondary School, Ambikapur. 3 / 4 2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26/03/2025, Mr. D.N. Kashyap, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur is present before this Court along with his counsel. 3. Today, by covering memo, annexed the order dated 28/03/2025 pursuance to the direction of this Court. The relevant paragraph of the said order reads as follows:- “4.2 माननीय उ्ሴ न्यायालय, छ.ग. बि लासपुर के WP(s) No.1861/2024 पारिरत बिन्ቓय बिनांक 26.03.2025 में बिये गये बिनशों के तारतम्य में जि ला शिश्ቌा अधि%कारी अቚኌम् कापुर एवं आयु्ሹ नगर पालिलक बिनगम अቚኌम् कापुर से ्ቚधितवेन ्ቚा्቎ बिकया गया। उ्ሹ ोनों कायालयों से ्ቚा्቎ ्ቚधितवेन एवं उससे सं ंधि%त स्तावे ों का परिरशीलन बिकए ाने के उपरान्त बिनम्नांबिकत आेश पारिरत बिकए ाते हैं:- (एक) आयु्ሹ नगर पालिलक बिनगम अቚኌम् कापुर के ्ቛारा अपने प्ቔ कमांक 243/लो.बिन.बिव./न.पा.बिन./2022-23 बिनांक 31.03.2022 के ्ቛारा माह अ्ቚैल 2022 से ून 2022 तक के लिलए ्ቦी मेसस रू्ቖ कन्सट्रक्शन अቚኌम् कापुर जि ला सरगु ा को नगर पालिलका उ०मा० शाला में कु शल / अኚ᭽कु शल / अकु शल ्ቦबिमकों/ क቞ኌमयों की आपूቔኌत बिकए ाने हेतु कायाेश ारी बिकए गए थे। अतः मई 2022 एवं ून 2022 तक की अवधि% को सं ंधि%तों को प्लेसमेंट क቞ኌमयों को भुगतान बिकए ाने हेतु आेशिशत बिकया ाता है। (ो) उ्ሹ प्लेसमेंट क቞ኌमयों की सेवा अवधि% ून 2022 को समा्቎ हो ाने के उपरान्त इनके ्ቛारा आ बिनांक तक शिश्ቌा बिवभाग नगर पालिलक बिनगम उ.मा.बिव. अቚኌम् कापुर मे काय करते आ रहे हैं। अतः जि ला शिश्ቌा अधि%कारी अቚኌम् कापुर को उ्ሹ प्लेसमेंट शिश्ቌक के माह ुलाई 2022 से मा्ቊ 2025 तक की अवधि% का पारिर्ቦबिमक का भुगतान बिकए ाने हेतु आेशिशत बिकया ाता है। यह आेश तत्काल ्ቚभावशील होगा।" 4 / 4 4. Looking to the decision of the Collector that Municipal Corporation shall pay the salary for the month of May, 2022 to June, 2022 to the present petitioners and for the rest i.e. July, 2022 to March, 2025, the School Education Department will pay the salary to the petitioners, it is directed that the Municipal Corporation shall release the payment for the month of May, 2022 to June,2022 to the petitioners within a period of fifteen days and the rest part of the salary i.e. July, 2022 to March, 2025 be released by the District Education Officer to the petitioners, as assured by the Collector in its affidavit dated 01/04/2025 within a period of fifty days. 5.
