This Writ Petition has been filed by the neighbour of opposite party No.5 seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus to the official opposite party Nos.1 to 4 to take legal action against the opposite party No.5, who has committed fraud to usurp government money by solemnizing second marriage of his daughter and recover the said amount.
