Petitioner is serving as TGT (Arts) at GMSSS Shillai, District Sirmour, H.P. w.e.f. 06.05.2022. Under the impugned transfer order dated 21.04.2025, she has been transferred to GSSS Jadol Taproli, District Sirmour, H.P. against vacancy. It is seen from the record that the petitioner has preferred a representation on 22.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents/Competent Authority against the impugned transfer. It is the case of the petitioner that the aforesaid representation has not been decided as yet. 3. Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of one week from today.
