Mr. Dushyant Mainali, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner was transferred from Pauri Garhwal to Tehri Garhwal, vide order dated 10.06.2025. He, however, was not relieved at the relevant point of time. Now, relieving order has been passed on 06.10.2025. 4. Petitioner contends that due to family problem, including medical condition of his wife, it would be difficult for him to join duties at the transferred place during mid academic session. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to Director, Social Welfare to permit him to continue at Pauri Garhwal till the end of academic session. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that Director shall examine the request made by petitioner and pass necessary order. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Director, Social Welfare to consider petitioner’s request and pass appropriate order, as per law, within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Till passing of order, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
