Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State/opposite party no.1. 2-By means of this application, the applicants have prayed for expeditious disposal of case being Criminal Misc. Case No. 360 of 2019 (Priti Jaiswal and another vs. Durga Prasad Jaiswal) within a time bound frame. 3-It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant nos.1 and 2 are wife and daughter of opposite party no. 2. It is next submitted that the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. of the applicants dated 04.09.2019 is pending before the concerned family court, in which opposite party no. 2 has put in appearance on 16.08.2021 and has also filed objection, but the said proceeding is running with a very slow pace whereas in the light of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Rajnesh vs. Neha and Another, (2021) 2 SCC 324, proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has to be concluded at earliest. 4-Learned A.G.A. does not dispute the submission of learned counsel for the applicants. 5-Considering the limited grievance of the learned counsel for the applicants, learned court below is directed to make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, if there is no legal impediment. 6-With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
