The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding or directing the respondent no. 5, 6 and 7 to the amount which is pending before the respondents no.5, 6 and 7 of the Gram Panchayat Bisara Purab, Mishafirkhana, Amethi for the tenure 13.12.2015 to 12.12.2020 which has not been paid till today contained in Annexure No. 1 in the interest of justice;" 2. Considering the fact that the issue is to be decided by the respondent no.5, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate representation before the respondent no.5 along with a copy of this order, who shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
