The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the impugned first information report dated 27.10.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 430 of 2024, under sections 328, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Rawatpur, District Kanpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned first information report. 4. Ms. Mayuri Malhotra, learned State Law Officer, is present for the State. She states that in the present case charge sheet no. 15/2025 dated 15.01.2025 has been filed under section 420 I.P.C., as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 5.
