Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner has approached this Court with the complaint that his wife, father-in-law and mother-in-law together had kidnapped and forcibly detained his mother. The petitioner further contends that the police has not taken any steps for the release of his mother despite his giving necessary complaints. 2 It appears that this complaint is being raised in the background of his marriage to his wife, who is respondent No.4, on 17.02.2024 and subsequently breakdown of the marriage due to which he filed O.P.No.320 of 2025 before the I Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam seeking dissolution 2. of marriage. When the matter was called, the mother of the detenue who is identified by Sri G.L. Nageswara Rao, a learned counsel of this Court is personally present in the Court and states that she has not been detained by any person and is presently living in her own house in Visakhapatnam along with her daughter-in-law, who is respondent No.4 herein. 3. Sri G.L. Nageswara Rao has also placed a complaint dated 04.02.2025, given by the mother of the petitioner, in Rayadurgam police station which has now been registered as Crime No. 102 of 2025. The complaint of the mother of the petitioner was that the petitioner was missing and needed to be traced out. 4. In the circumstances, it is clear that there is no merit in this Writ 5. Petition and the said Writ Petition appears to have been filed as an abuse of the process of the Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs. 10,000/- payable by the petitioner to the State Legal Services Authority within a period of four weeks. In the event of such payment not being made, the s§me would be recovered from the petitioner. 6. ,\ -f 3 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
