Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 08.11.2024 and 28.2.2024. ii) Issue a writ, order or directing in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents may be directed to give the petitioner equal share in the agricultural land owned by Late Sita Ram as in the case of other male and female legal heirs." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the orders impugned are passed in proceedings u/s 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the orders passed in appeal is revisable u/s 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
