Heard Sri Surya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner superannuated from the post of District Programme Officer on 30.04.2012 and the matter pertaining to financial up gradation under the MACP Scheme was pending with the respondents and it is only on 12.12.2022 that the same was forwarded to the Director, Child Development Services and Nutrition Department. Despite the said letter having been forwarded on 12.12.2022, no orders were passed. Accordingly, present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant third ACP under the MACP Scheme, to the petitioner. 3. After arguing the matter up to some length, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that grievance of petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent no. 2 - Director, Bal Vikas Sewa and Pusthahar, U.P., Lucknow is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2021, annexed as Annexure - 6 to the writ petition, expeditiously. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case suitable directions are issued to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide petitioner's representation. 5. In the light of above, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. - 2 - Director, Bal Vikas Sewa and Pusthahar, U.P., Lucknow to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2021, annexed as Annexure - 6 to the writ petition, expeditiously, say within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by means of reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
