The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal to decide the restoration application no. 46 of 2023 on 27.01.2023 before MACT, South, Lucknow under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC, Veer Bhadra Singh Vs. National Insurance Company Ltd. & others, in the interest of justice contained as Annexure no. 9 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4. The recovery proceedings against the petitioner shall remain stayed till the decision on the restoration application.
