Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:11480-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 1742 of 2025 Petitioner :- Devraj Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Affairs Lko. U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vipul Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard Sri Vipul Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Opp. Party No. 1 to expeditiously consider and action upon the letter (Annexure No. P-1 to the writ petition). There is an interim order dated 18.5.2023 passed in Writ-C No.15370 of 2023, Dharmendra Kuamr v. State of U.P. & ors., in favour of Dharmendra Kumar, whose caste-certificate is said to have been cancelled by the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, therefore we fail to understand as to how any such direction can be issued, as prayed for in this writ petition at the behest of the petitioner, who is a complainant, as apparently as long as stay order is operative, no action can be taken against Sri Dharmendra Kumar by the Home Department, however, the official opp. parties may do the needful in the aforesaid proceedings initiated by Dharmendra Kumar. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
