The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding and directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 /Revenue Authorities to remove the illegal encroachment of the opposite party nos. 6 to 10 over the "Jalmagna" gata no. 53/0-101 hectare situated at village Hasimpara, Pargana tehsil Utraula, District Balrampur in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated against the encroachers. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the said proceedings within 90 days in accordance with law.
