By means of the instant petition, the petitioner prays for following reliefs: "(i)Issue a order or direction commanding opposite party no.1 to decide the Regular Suit no.190 of 2014 pending before the Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Utraula District Balrampur within a period of one month or so." Apparently, from a perusal of the material on record, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner has not brought on record the order sheet to indicate as to how the matter is proceeding before the court concerned to ascertain as to whether any order for expedition is required.
