Vide order dated 27.02.2020, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad. As per Mediation report dated 30.11.2021, the parties are not willing for the mediation, therefore, the Mediation failed. 4. Perused the record. 5. Prima facie, offence is made out against the applicant. No interference is warranted. 6. The instant application is dismissed.
