To establish that the opposite party no.2/informant of FIR No. 0146 lodged on 14.03.2023 at Police Station - Sushant Golf City, District - Lucknow Commissionerate South, Lucknow was/is the director of Shree Balaji Construction Limited or Hallmark Vyapar Private Limited or was/is connected with the affairs of the these concerns, no document has been placed on record and after taking note of the same, on being confronted, the learned Counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file the same afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The prayer sought has not been opposed by learned A.G.A.. In view of the above, the instant application is rejected as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. The certified copy of the impugned order or any other certified document filed along with the application shall be returned to the learned Counsel for the applicant by retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
