The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the injunction application preferred by the petitioner was rejected against which an appeal was preferred which is fixed for grant of injunction on 12.03.2025. 3. The court had called for a report from the District Judge, which has been filed which indicates that the appeal was numbered as Misc. Civil Appeal No.51 of 2025, which was directed to be fixed on 12.03.2025. 4. As the petitioner apprehends the violation of his rights, the present petition is disposed off directing the appellate court to decide the interim application no.C-6 which is listed for 12.03.2025, on the said date itself in accordance with law. 5.
