Counsel for the Bank, Mr. Anurag Srivastava, says that after deposit of Rs. 3,20,000/- by the petitioner towards the loan taken by her husband, the loan account has been regularized and now no proceedings under SARFAESI Act, 2002 are in process and the petitioner is free to repay the loan as per the terms agreed upon between the parties in respect of the loan. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication. The Bank and its officials shall honour the statement made by their counsel, Mr. Anurag Srivastava. 4. The petition is disposed of. 5. If the petitioner wants any further relief, she can approach the Bank concerned.
