The petitioner prays for direction to the opp. party No. 5 not to release the dirty water of Nala in open area near his land Gata No. 1530 situated at Village- Pure Chinta Pandit Purwa, Nagar Panchayat Paraspur, Ward No. 10, District Gonda. Heard. If construction of any drain is being undertaken, which is to end near the agricultural field of the petitioner, then adequate steps should be taken to ensure that the rights of the petitioner to use his agricultural land, whether it be by covering the drain or adopting such other measures as may be required to maintain health and hygiene, are not adversely affected. Let the opp. parties conduct an on-the-spot inspection, verify the facts and do the needful as per law, but with promptness, say within 6 weeks.
