S Z RAHMAN, MR. N I KHAN Advocate for the Respondent : PP, ASSAM, Page No.# 2/3 BEFORE HONOURABLE MRS. JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER Date : 15.05.2025 Heard Mr. S. Z. Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction/modification of the order dated 08.05.2025, passed in Bail Appln. No. 536/2025. It is submitted by Mr. Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant, that this Court, while granting bail to the present applicant vide order dated 08.05.2025 in Bail Appln. No. 536/2025, had directed the applicant to submit his Aadhar Card and PAN Card before the learned Sessions Judge, Kamrup(M). However, the said documents, i.e. Aadhar Card and PAN Card, are not in the possession of the present applicant as the same had already been seized by police during investigation and thus, he prayed for omitting the condition No. (iii) of the bail application. In that context, Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, raised objection and submitted that the applicant may make prayer before the I.O. as well as the learned Trial Court to accommodate him in obtaining the copies of the Aadhar Card and PAN Card to produce before the Court. Considering the submission made by learned counsels for both sides, I do Page No.# 3/3 not find any reason to omit/modify the condition No. (iii) of Order dated 08.05.2025, passed in Bail Appln. No. 536/2025. However, as submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is at liberty to make a prayer before the I.O. as well as before the concern Trial Court for obtaining/ submitting the copies of Aadhar Card and PAN Card, as required. In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
