On instructions, he submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner no.1-Jitendra Singh Harariya, while petitioner no.2-Radhika Harariya has been exonerated. 4. In view of statement made by learned State Counsel, present writ petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as such. 5. However, it is open to the charge-sheeted petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet, if so advised, in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 6.
