(Oral) While placing on record copy of Pension Payment Order No. 1122235774, learned counsel for respondent No. 4, states that pension amounting to Rs. 31,950/- has been authorized in favour of the petitioner, with further request to the department to disburse the same in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 has also placed on record copy of order releasing DCRG amounting to Rs. 12,33,590/-. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed with a direction to the respondent-State to ensure that arrears, if any, on account of pension authorized in favour of the petitioner as well as amount of DCRG, as detailed hereinabove, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within four months, failing which, petitioner shall be entitled to interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the said amount fell due. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
